What do we talk about in our free 15-minute phone consultation?

This is your time to ask any questions and, most importantly, get a feel for the therapeutic relationship that can develop. Additionally, I may ask what brings you to seek therapy at this time, experiences with therapy in the past and possible tools/modalities that may be useful in your treatment. Most importantly, it’s a time to determine if your feeling heard and understood.

How long do I need to be in therapy?

The length of therapy ultimately depends on the complexity of every individual's need.

Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?

We offer a flexible and inclusive care approach, providing in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. Although there is slight more flexibility with telehealth sessions as those are available Monday-Thursday. In-person sessions are limited to Wednesday (Valencia location) and Thursday (Pacoima location).

What if I only speak Spanish?

We are bilingual and fluent in Spanish. So we are capable of providing services completely in Spanish.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, We accept insurance and private pay. Additionally, We offer a sliding scale to accommodate clients' financial needs as needed. Before commencing services, I encourage all potential clients to call their insurance provider to verify copays, deductibles, etc.

What if I live in another state other than California? could you still see me?

Unfortunately, we are only licensed in California and are unable to provide services outside of California.

What's your fee?

My fee is $150.00 for 50-55 minute sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel a scheduled therapy session, you need to let me know at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time or missed without prior cancellation are billed to you at $100.00. Insurances do not cover late cancelations or missed appointments, so each client is responsible for cancelation fees incurred.
